Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

Metro Vein CentersNew York, NY
$63 - $73

About The Position

Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. Our board-certified physicians and expert staff are on a mission to improve people’s quality of life by relieving the painful, yet highly treatable symptoms of vein disease—such as varicose veins and heavy, aching legs. With over 60 clinics across 7 states, and still growing, we’re building the future of vein care—delivering compassionate, results-driven care in a modern, patient-first environment. We proudly maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 93, the highest patient satisfaction in the industry. Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-focused, fast-paced clinical team. You’ll work closely with our physicians to perform consultations for new patients, manage follow-up care, and deliver minimally invasive cosmetic and medical treatments, including ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy and, where available, laser therapy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a clinical setting, enjoys hands-on procedures, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Full training is provided—we welcome both early-career and experienced providers who are excited to learn.

  • National certification (FNP, ANP, or PA-C)
  • Strong patient-facing communication skills with empathy and professionalism
  • Comfortable in a procedure-based, fast-paced clinical environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment and decision-making

  • Perform ultrasound-guided and cosmetic sclerotherapy treatments, with potential for laser therapy in select offices.
  • See patients for follow-up visits, manage post-procedural care, and ensure treatment success.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to provide seamless, high-quality care in a high-volume setting.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EMR.
  • Build rapport with patients to ensure they feel heard, cared for, and confident in their treatment journey.
  • Rotate across multiple clinics within your market, providing flexibility and clinical support where needed.
  • Participate in training, conferences, and occasional travel to assist at other clinics.

  • Competitive base compensation + bonus opportunities
  • Full training provided—no prior vein experience required
  • Paid time off (PTO) + paid company holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Career development and leadership growth pathways
  • Commuter and parking discount program
