Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a meaningful outpatient primary care opportunity. POSITION OVERVIEW The Family Medicine Physician provides full spectrum primary care in a 100 percent outpatient environment. This role includes preventative care, chronic disease management, routine follow up, and collaboration with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision making. SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm • 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours • 1:12 phone only call • 100 percent outpatient setting COMPENSATION • Base salary $185,000 to $220,000 depending on experience • Fiscal year productivity bonus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Perform preventative care and wellness visits • Develop long term treatment plans and coordinate care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Athena EMR WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY • Predictable Monday through Friday schedule • Dedicated admin time built into schedule • 100 percent outpatient model • NHSC student loan repayment eligibility • Strong support staff and physician autonomy • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Maine medical license or ability to obtain
  • Active DEA required
  • Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care
  • Strong communication and team based care skills
  • Interest in community impact and long term patient relationships
