About The Position

A well-established, community-focused not-for-profit healthcare organization in the Charleston, South Carolina area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. This role offers the ability to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages while enjoying coastal living in one of the Southeast’s most desirable cities. Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics) Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and physical exams Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals Emphasize preventive medicine and population health initiatives Participate in shared call coverage (primarily telephonic) Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR Engage in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure Active or eligible DEA registration Strong clinical and patient communication skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
