Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Full Time Family Medicine Provider to join our team at Riverside Patriot Primary Care located in Yorktown Virginia . Riverside Medical Group is expanding its Primary Care Network and is actively seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across multiple locations. Family Medicine Physician – Patriot Primary Care Location: Yorktown, Virginia Position Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for compassionate and experienced physicians who align with our mission: to care for others as we would care for those we love . As a member of our Primary Care team, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Licensure: Active Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • DEA Registration: Current and valid

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Conduct comprehensive history and physical assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
  • Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other providers
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
  • Demonstrate leadership in mentoring and supporting clinical staff
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions
