About The Position
TotalCare is seeking a part-time family medicine physician. This role is designed for physicians who are semi-retired or seeking a better work-life balance. The position offers a flexible work schedule of two days per week, adaptable to individual needs. It welcomes physicians with all levels of experience. Key aspects include a manageable patient volume (average 3 per hour), no clinical inbox work due to a dedicated administrative team, and easy documentation using AthenaHealth EMR. The environment is collaborative and team-based, comprising 25 providers including physicians, PAs, NPs, and acupuncturists, encouraging practitioners to practice medicine as they see fit. It's an ideal opportunity to maintain clinical knowledge and skills while enjoying work-life balance, with options for extended leave for vacation.
