About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Nurse Practitioner opening for an established state-of-the-art Family Practice clinic located in Northlake, TX within Denton County. This clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages, equipped with the latest technology and supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for. The position involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries, and educating patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention. Documentation will be done using the EPIC EMR system. The Nurse Practitioner will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP Certification and TX license required
- Current RN license for the State of Texas
- Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2-3 years family practice experience preferred
