About The Position
DocStar Medical Partners Facility City & State: Near San Francisco, CA Facility Type: FQHC Provider Profession Needed: MD/ DO Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: 3-6 months Length of Assignment: 3-6 months Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Work Schedule: 5x8 schedule Patient Volume: 22-24 patients per day on average Cases/ Procedures: Bread-and-Butter Primary Care or Internal Medicine MD/DO Wellness visits Annual physicals Sick visits Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) Medication management and refills EMR: EPIC License Needed: CA Certifications Needed: BC Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: FQHC experience preferred, 1+ years of experience (NO NEW GRADS) Fluent in Spanish - Requirement Other additional pertinent information: No GP
