About The Position
External Use Only Facility City & State: California Facility Type: FQHC Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO/FNP/PA-C Specialty: Family Medicine only Start Date: February 23, 2026 End Date: May 23, 2026 Length of Assignment: 3-month assignment with potential to extend Prefer 6 month contracts Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM They will NOT take 4 10s at this site. Patient Volume: Average of 18-20 patients per day. MUST see 9 minimum patients per 4 hours. Procedures: Will be dealing with a ton of complex patients. Chronic care, pain management, etc. Can't refer patients out. Please highlight on write up - dealing with the above procedures. EMR: EPIC - Must have experience or needs to be EMR savvy. Licensure Needed: CA Certifications Needed: DEA and BLS/ACLS - BC/BE required Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: MUST have 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in rural health. Other additional pertinent information: For credentialing: MUST have 3 references within 2 years. Client runs own background check/NPDB. Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) and if not up to date on immunizations, MUST wear mask all day in clinic. Best,

- CA Licensure
- DEA and BLS/ACLS Certifications
- BC/BE required
- 3 years of experience
- EPIC EMR experience or EMR savvy
- Must have 3 references within 2 years for credentialing
- Must be up to date on ALL immunizations (COVID isn't required anymore) or MUST wear mask all day in clinic
