About The Position
Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine NP/PA to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of June 2026. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of thirty to thirty five (30-35) patients per shift in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in Wisconsin State or IMLC
- BLS Certification Required
