About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join the core teaching team at Bryn Mawr Family Practice, one of the health system’s oldest and most respected residency programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine direct patient care, resident education, and academic leadership within a well-established, community-based program. Position Highlights Outpatient clinical practice with additional responsibilities in resident precepting and administrative duties, including newborn nursery coverage. Engaged in all aspects of resident education: mentoring, evaluation, career guidance, wellness support, lectures, workshops, and scholarly activity supervision. Opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, with a particular focus on enhancing procedures training. Eligible for academic appointments at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), with institutional support for the application process. Collaborative environment with a team of 7 core faculty, additional specialists, and 18 residents across a 3-year program. Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Valid Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
  • DEA license and ACLS certification

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in medical education, curriculum development, and scholarly activity strongly encouraged
