About The Position

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Danville, Illinois. Opportunity Details Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting Possibility for in office procedures Broad scope of patients including mostly adults, roughly 20% peds Danville can be found in the heart of Vermilion River country. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
  • Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of clinical practice is preferred.
