Requirements

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
1 year Required
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
