About The Position

We are looking for a Paralegal with California Family Law or Civil Litigation experience for our Murrieta office. You must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to be qualified for this position. We are a forward-thinking family law firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need a paralegal with experience in California family law or civil litigation to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to support the team and help clients.   • You approach life and family law with integrity and are positive.

Nice To Haves

  • If you are familiar with legal case management software, CRM programs, Xspouse, and/or CEB, that is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing judicial council forms for Dissolution, EPR, Step-parent adoption, DVRO, Guardianships, Name Changes, etc.
  • Drafting pleadings, declarations, briefs, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Riverside County Rules of Court, CCP, and all discovery rules
  • Interaction with parties, counsel, courts, support staff, etc.
  • Comfortable managing a case load of 60+ cases and assisting multiple attorneys
  • Offering solutions and opportunities to problems as they arise
  • The ability to complete family law matters with minimal instruction
