Positions Description: The Legal Aid Society of Hawaii seeks Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Family Law Paralegal based out of the Honolulu office. The paralegal may work in all areas of Legal Aid’s family law practice including Divorce, Paternity, Adoptions, Guardianships, Guardian Ad Litem in child abuse and Neglect cases, and other general family law matters. Primary responsibilities include document preparation and filing, interviewing clients and other relevant individuals, conducting home and school visits, writing extensive court reports, and preparing and filing various court forms, processing limited direct referral applications, program development and outreach and education.
