Your day as a Family Law Paralegal
As a Part-Time Family Law Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, you will engage in a wide range of impactful legal tasks to support clients through their family law matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting critical documents such as petitions for dissolution, summons, and affidavits, alongside temporary motions and property settlement agreements. You will also perform essential administrative tasks like arranging for the service of documents, managing court filings, and scheduling hearings. Collaborating virtually with attorneys and clients, you'll complete domestic relations questionnaires and prepare detailed financial documentation for guardianship cases.
Your role will involve tracking deadlines, organizing discovery materials, and providing comprehensive support to guardians, ensuring all necessary reports and accountings are accurately prepared for court requirements. Requirements

• A strong foundation in family law, backed by at least three years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools is essential for drafting petitions, managing deadlines, and organizing documents efficiently.
