About The Position
Price Benowitz LLP is seeking a full-time, experienced Virginia Family Law Paralegal to support our growing Family Law practice in Northern Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with seasoned family law attorneys who are not only strong courtroom advocates but also dedicated mentors. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to continue developing their skills within a dynamic and expanding practice group. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior Family Law Paralegal experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and empathetic client service approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities
- Obtain legal documents and locate absent parties as needed.
- Perform administrative and client service functions.
- Conduct basic legal research.
- Draft, prepare, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- File documents with the court and maintain organized client files.
- Manage case-related databases and discovery production.
- Maintain professional and supportive client relations.
- Provide additional legal and administrative support as assigned.
