About The Position

Our client is a well-established and growing family law firm in the Seattle area, known for its strong culture, attorney support, and commitment to both client outcomes and attorney sustainability. You will manage a family law litigation caseload end-to-end , with the autonomy to practice at a high level and the support to do so efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Washington family law experience (required)
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
• Comfortable handling hearings, motions, and trial preparation
• Strong organizational skills and case ownership mindset
• Professional, client-centered communication style
• Comfortable working in a tech-forward practice

Responsibilities

• Handle Washington family law matters from intake through resolution
• Manage temporary orders, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in hearings and trials as required
• Develop case strategy and provide clear, empathetic client guidance
• Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and the court
• Maintain strong ethical judgment in sensitive and high-stakes matters
• Leverage legal technology to stay organized and efficient
