Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
• Passion for helping others and making a difference.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding life insurance products.
• Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and how it can benefit their families.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads provided at no cost.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
