The Family Coordinator provides meaningful partnerships with families and youth with the goal of improving functioning in their homes, schools, and communities. This employee contributes to the prevention of opioid-related overdose, increase access to treatment, reduce stigma and support families affected by opioid crisis. The Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care, facilitate participation and involvement of the entire family toward treatment and recovery and connect families with supportive services. This employee will ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environments in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices.
