GLIDEâs mission is to create a radically inclusive, just, and loving community mobilized to alleviate suffering and break the cycles of poverty and marginalization The Family Resource Center (FRC) is launching a new service focused on strengthening connections between Family Childcare (FCC) providers, families and the FRC. The Family Coach will be a key member in building trusting, collaborative relationships with FCC providers, families and caregivers. In this role, you will build relationships with FCC providers and using a family centered coaching approach, to help providers and parents identify strengths, priorities, and goals related to parenting, child development, and overall family well-being. The Family Coach supports family led goal setting and adapts services based on family needs. The role serves as a connector linking families to the FRC and other Glide and external services. Must be willing and able to periodically work non-traditional hours (early evenings, holidays and weekends).
