About The Position

The Family-Based Mental Health Services Program Director will ensure that all administrative, supervision, and clinical requirements and regulations are met to ensure program compliance and individual and billing goals are reached for each team. The Program Director's hours are considered non-traditional based on referring agency and family needs; however, the work week is considered full time (40 hours per week).  On Call availability to staff monitoring the crisis line is expected 2 x/ month as arranged with Clinical Supervisor.

Requirements

• The Family Based Program Director must have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Professional licensure is required for supervising licensure candidates.
• The Family Based Program Director must also have three years of direct service experience with children and adolescents in the CASSP system providing behavioral or mental health services to children and adolescents.
• The Director must also have at least two years of supervisory experience, one of which must be in clinical supervision.
