Every Child, Inc. (ECI) is seeking Family Based Mental Health Therapists to join our passionate, community-focused behavioral health team in both our Pittsburgh and Washington County offices. Requirements

• Passion for working in community mental health and social services
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (internships not counted toward requirement due to state regulations)
• Experience with trauma-focused therapy and crisis intervention
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Sense of humor and positive attitude
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

• creating individualized treatment plans
• providing intensive in-home therapeutic interventions
• guiding families through the healing process
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver therapy, clinical assessments, crisis management, and psychoeducation from a whole-family, systems-based perspective
