The Family and Community Engagement Internship is a hands-on learning opportunity for students interested in event planning, community outreach, and nonprofit development. Interns will work alongside the Development and Marketing teams to plan, promote, and execute community-based events that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and support their families. Interns will gain real-world experience in nonprofit event coordination, donor engagement, and outreach strategy-while developing their communication, planning, and relationship-building skills. This internship is designed to complement academic learning by offering students exposure to inclusive community-building initiatives aligned with Springbrook's mission.
