About The Position

This role sits within the Fund Administration group in GWAM Operations and will support both day‑to‑day trading activities and high‑profile strategic initiatives . The individual will work closely with onshore teams in Boston as well as offshore partners , playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fund operations. T he position offers strong exposure to trading processes, cross‑functional stakeholders, and project‑based work within a fast‑paced asset management environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in F inance , Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams

Responsibilities

• Support daily trading operations, including trade lifecycle processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions across assigned funds
• Partner with internal trading, portfolio management, and operations teams to resolve breaks and exceptions
• Assist in maintaining operational controls and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Pa rticipate in high‑profile operational and strategic projects , including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation
• Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new processes or platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify operational risks and efficiency opportunities
