Fall Clinical Impact Intern
About The Position
The Clinical Impact Intern at EveryMind will support the evaluation and continuous improvement of our mental health services through data analysis, research, and quality improvement initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside clinical leaders and impact-focused teams to help strengthen programs serving underserved communities. Interns gain meaningful, hands-on experience in program evaluation, clinical operations, and nonprofit best practices while contributing to a mission-driven organization committed to advancing mental wellness and community impact. Schedule: 8-16 hours/week (M–F, 9:00am–5:00pm) Location: Hybrid, Rockville, MD Office
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a BA/BS or Masters level program in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multicultural, immigrant, and low-income families.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to collaborate in a school-based environment.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to program quality improvement initiatives
- Explore innovative approaches used by top non-profits in clinical program evaluation
- Conduct research on best practices in data collection, program monitoring, and clinical operations.
