Assist with technical support for customers using our AI in-memory computing products and SDKs Support software and SDK integration efforts under guidance from senior engineers Help troubleshoot, document, and report technical issues and bugs Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams Support customer demos, training sessions, and pre-sales technical activities Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on customer-related needs
