About The Position
As a Factory Quality Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining quality standards during the development of cat and dog food product. Work in various areas and functions of the plant to ensure operators are performing the appropriate sanitation activities and quality checks per company policy and procedures. Requirements
- High School or GED diploma preferred.
- 2+ years' experience working in food quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform audits to assure high quality and food safety requirements are being met.
- Use established procedures to perform laboratory activities to include analytical testing and sensory evaluation.
- Monitor operations to ensure quality from receiving of raw ingredients through the processing to finished goods shipment.
- Perform job duties with highest regard for safety
