The Facility Technician III is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance operations, troubleshooting and or repairs on mechanical and electrical systems for the Lodi Campus. This includes all manufacturing areas (Plastics & IVD factories, as well as office, R+D and warehouse spaces. This position reports to Senior Facility Supervisor and is part of the Global Workplace Operations Facilities department located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role. The schedule will be Tuesday through Friday 8pm-630am. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements

2–4 years of maintenance or industrial repair experience in a manufacturing facility
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical circuits, and industrial equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ability to travel – 5% travel, overnight, within Lodi, SV or any other site as needed
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10lb as needed for task

Responsibilities

Perform intermediate‑level troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC filters, plumbing basics, and general repairs and communicate equipment status and repair needs to supervisors and production teams

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
The annual salary range for this role is $63,000 to $89,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
