Facility System Tech Monitor, troubleshoot, and Assist in all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance of the pneumatic tube system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, building management system (Desigo), Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS),etc. Coordinate with facilities and engineering team. Assist with inputting into the CMMS and assist team with pulling reports, work orders, etc. Monitor vendors conducting service and repairs. Maintain and update information in our Computer Monitoring System in order to maintain efficiencies and compliance corporate wide. Include data entry of new assets after the completion of a project such as but not limited to new AHU’s, VAV boxes, condensate receivers, traps, etc. Complete, monitor, create and assign work orders. Monitor and maintain systems such as but not limited to Fire alarm, Desigo, CMMS, pneumatic tube, etc. Assist Facility Manager/PM and/or representative for any assigned Engineering and Construction related major or minor capital projects. Inclusive of repairs, communication, and/or any delegated task. Monitor vendors under contract and follow up of execution to ensure we hold all vendors accountable. Assist with communications between Engineering/Construction/Facilities and user groups through regularly scheduled meetings, communications and/or documentation. Initiate, route, and reconcile requisitions, purchase orders, equipment. Assist with creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets of items due. Conduct general maintenance and minor repairs. Assist and coordinate regarding but not limited to: Purchase Requisitions, purchase orders, repairs, general maintenance, replacement projects. Maintain daily/weekly direct contact with Facility operations leadership. We're glad you're here.
