About The Position

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in manufacturing areas by performing general janitorial duties. Tasks include trash removal, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, operating floor sweeper and scrubber machines, and maintaining outdoor grounds to ensure a clean and safe work environment. YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned: Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor grounds and facility yard. Empty trash cans and transport waste to designated disposal areas. Clean interior surfaces including windows, mirrors, and walls. Perform light maintenance on power sweeper equipment. Operate cardboard compactor and other cleaning equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.
