Licensed in 46 states and serving clients across the country, we are searching for a Facility Solutions Account Manager to join our team. Summary: Develops and engages a multi-disciplinary team to conduct building operations and maintenance activities. Coordinates facility account representatives’ daily incoming work orders and analyzes data to forecast future needs to ensure the efficient and sustainable operations of our clients’ facilities. Identifies and drives changes needed to adapt services strategically in support of current and future needs of the client.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the field of Construction Management/Facilities Management.
  • Ability to work with employees, interdepartmental teams, and organizational leadership across the enterprise to effectively complete goals.
  • Exhibits the organization's mission and values and strives to achieve and sustain the same.
  • Experience with MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Focuses and guides account representatives in accomplishing work objectives, while holding high expectations for self and others.
  • Creates a work environment where people can realize their full potential to meet current and future clients and business challenges.
  • Manage work orders and projects from creation to completion.
  • Determines resource allocation and staffing levels in conjunction with the growth of the team.
  • Provides direction on staff and capacity planning to meet current and future needs of the account.
  • Maintains knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements relative to departmental operations and ensures departmental compliance and organizational success.
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients and implementation of our software.
  • Other duties as assigned.
