About The Position

Duties: -Assist Fleet Manager with record keeping, including vehicle maintenance records, vehicle reservations, vehicle use billing, and approved drivers -Assist with vehicle fueling and detailing, including vacuuming and taking vehicles to car wash. -Provide exceptional customer service -Provide coverage as needed for other departments -Our hours of operation are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday & closed Holidays. -Currently the hours needed are for summer 7:00 – 3:00 Monday-Friday. We are flexible on hours and will work with you with your availability. Qualifications: -Meet the minimum requirements to drive a state/university business vehicle. Which includes having no more than 3 violations in 2 years and have 2 years of driving experience, which does not include the time you had your permit. -Availability to work year round including summer, winter and spring break is a plus. -Computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office -Reliable -Customer service focused -Demonstrated cultural competencies and the ability to work within an inclusive environment -Effective oral and written communication skills -Detailed orientated -Proven analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills -Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment Application Instructions: Email [email protected] if you are interested to set up an interview time or if you have any questions. Requirements
