Receives, processes and coordinates work orders and maintenance service requests for Dallas County. Works within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures, under moderate supervision.1. Receives, processes and coordinates work orders and maintenance service requests, for Dallas County. 2. Serves as the first point of contact for maintenance emergencies. Notifies appropriate personnel to respond to routine or emergency maintenance issues. Relays information regarding complaints and potential emergencies and to management. 3. Manages a complex database of work orders and maintenance service requests using the computer maintenance management system. Trains others in the use of the work order system. 4. Produces weekly reports related to construction activities. 5. Performs other duties as assigned.
