About The Position

We are seeking a Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO). This position is based out of our San Antonio, Texas office, and offers the ability to flex and work remotely along with working at the office. Must reside in or around the San Antonio area. This position as our Corporate FSO will support all Kina'ole subsidiaries.

Requirements

Active TS clearance w/SCI eligibility
5+ years of experience with managing security requirements for the DoD and other sensitive security program in lieu of a degree
Superior organizational ability
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent judgement, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must reside in or around the San Antonio, TX area.

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience as FSO overseeing at least 150 cleared employees.
knowledge of SKIF building requirements.
Excellent existing reputation with DCSA personnel and familiar with all relevant systems.

Responsibilities

Proactively manages all of Kina'ole and the subsidiaries' security requirements ensuring a seamless progress an minimizes interruption; act as company POC with DCSA
Provide prime/subcontractor security support and direction including the development and maintenance of DD form 254's and security guidance
Investigates security incidents and complete administrative inquires as required
Interacts with senior/executive management on matters pertaining to security policy and procedures
Conduct sensitive security briefings as required
Support leadership and administrative staff for conducting all new hire-in processing, badging, security briefings, security education and training.
Manage foriegn travel documentation.
Log incidents.
Conduct DCSA annual reviews.
Other duties as assigned
