About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to support a rapidly growing company in the aerospace industry. This position is hybrid based out of Arvada, CO. The FSO will manage facility, personnel, and program security operations in compliance with NISPOM and ICD directives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Security or Personnel Security.
• Working knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 704/705, DISS/NISS, and DD254 management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-program security operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company's FSO ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and ICD 704/705.
• Manage Facility Clearance (FCL) and Personnel Clearances (PCL) through DISS/NISS.
• Administer DD254s, classified contracts, and program access lists.
• Oversee Insider Threat Program, COMSEC accountability, and physical security for classified spaces.
• Support cybersecurity alignment and RMF documentation in partnership with ISSM.
