About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to join our team! In this role, you will get to oversee and manage security compliance and operations for a diverse range of programs supporting national security.

Requirements

Extensive knowledge and experience in managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
Completion of the FSO Management Course (mandatory).
Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program.
Strong understanding of personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations.
Proven ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working with various government agencies and programs, including familiarity with NGA security protocols.
Ability to safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with secure handling, storage, and transmission procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing security policies and procedures.
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
