That’s why our team is looking to add a Sr. Manager in Facility Operations. As a Sr. Facility Operations manager, you will be accountable for the oversight of corporate infrastructure related projects across the Enterprise and supporting facility management and operations at our North Dallas and Louisiana locations. The ideal candidate should: Lead with purpose, fostering a culture where every team member can thrive and contribute to our shared mission Understand and leverage available channels and stakeholders to outline an effective communication strategy/plan toward effective presentations through compelling storytelling Possess the skill to not only prioritize multiple tasks concurrently but do so with a high degree of efficiency Considers multiple fact-based options and and makes recommendations to build consensus on complicated concepts with extended scope Understand local codes, OSHA, EPA, NFPA guidelines Read and understands construction drawings and MEP submittals Be knowledgeable on UPS, Generator, CRAC, Chiller, RTU HVAC operations function and best practice maintenance programs Be knowledgeable in sustainability programs that support emission reduction targets and stays ahead of industry trends/best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in critical systems environment
• At least 5 years of experience commissioning critical systems

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of experience in building engineering maintenance
• 7+ years of experience in compliance for OSHA, EPA
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management
• 7+ years of experience in corporate real estate
• 5+ years of experience in optimizing sustainability programs

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of a third party engineering team to execute on key responsibilities and monitor Key Performance Indicator metrics
• Partner with project managers and third party facility management (“FM”) to comply with corporate change control processes for maintenance and construction efforts for critical system areas in your assigned area
• Provide Enterprise oversight for large construction projects and own the MEP design specification standards
• Oversight of BAS, HVAC, and MEP systems infrastructure operations for existing operations maintenance
• Monitors critical systems uptime for Capital One facility infrastructure
• Conduct and maintain site inspection documents for properties within your assigned area
• Audit site records for compliance with OSHA and EPA required reporting
• Maintain operations in accordance with Local, State and Federal Laws
• Support critical response teams during crisis or emergency
• Review and provide input for operational and capital expense budgets
• Provide input to the regional team for FM as requested
• Oversight and coordination for building systems commissioning including core infrastructure components
• Develop and design sustainability programming for facilities operations through optimization efforts, industry best practices and operational logic
