Ensures the day-to-day operations of the facility including janitorial, life-safety, consistent with C&W policies and client directives. This is to include the management of contracts to assure all contracts are reviewed on a regular basis and are bid out as needed and assures invoices match contract pricing Charged with the supervision of all maintenance programs relating to the interior appearance of the property Responsible, at all times, for a positive and prompt response to requests from occupants and for the implementation of ongoing contract programs to constantly assess occupant needs and to assure problems are being solved promptly in accordance with contract scope and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) Actively participate in the preparation of operating plans and budgets, financial reports contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility Assist in the development of capital budgets for the property This includes contributions towards a five-year plan of maintenance, facility improvement, and cost reduction initiatives Responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of data as may be required to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives Facility Manager shall be thoroughly familiar with the management contract and all requirements contained therein
