About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to lead one of our metro Perth aged care facilities . In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and clinical performance of the home, ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA RN registration
• Proven experience in aged care facility management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team aligned with Roshana’s values.
• Oversee operational, financial, and clinical performance.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvement, safety, and workforce development.
