Requirements

Experience managing facilities in an industrial, transportation, or operations-heavy environment
Strong working knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
Vendor management and budgeting experience
A proactive, solutions-first mindset
Great communication skills—you work well with everyone

Responsibilities

Keeping the facility safe, clean, compliant, and efficient
Managing building maintenance, grounds, utilities, and vendor services
Partnering with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to support daily activity
Leading inspections, preventative maintenance, and regulatory compliance
Managing budgets, work orders, and improvement projects
Ensuring all safety, environmental, and company standards are met—every time
Being the go-to problem solver when challenges pop up (and they will!)
