Currently KSB has a vacant Facility Maintenance Worker I position in the KSB Housekeeping Section. As a Facility Maintenance Worker I, you will perform janitorial duties and custodial duties in the maintenance and cleanliness of work areas and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bathrooms, clean fixtures and keep toiletries supplied.
• Clean windows and door glass inside and out.
• Wash lockers, walls and fixtures when needed.
• Clean and dust furniture, desks, chairs and tables as needed.
• Clean janitor closets and equipment daily.
• Scrub, buff and wax floors.
• Clean floors by dust mopping and wet mopping as needed.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and stairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash in any area.
• Sweep and hose down debris from sidewalks and other areas.
