Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections at various sites. Effectively work with a variety of hand/power tools. Pool knowledge with other Facility Maintenance Technicians to accomplish complex projects. Complete work requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep track of company truck and gas card. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
Requirements
- Experience in any of the following areas: electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Valid driver’s license
- D.O.T certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul)
