About The Position

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech for assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will lead a variety of tasks in the preventive and corrective maintenance of our facility, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm This position has a pay rate of $18 - $23/hr

Requirements

• A valid Drivers License
• Proven experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceiling installation, painting and/or woodworking

Responsibilities

• Wall and drywall installation and demo
• Carpet replacement
• VCT replacement
• Acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration
• Painting
• Woodworking
• Ensuring high-quality finishes
• Perform other duties as required
