About The Position

Requires the maintenance of machinery, factory, and grounds. Machinery maintenance includes all mechanical and electrical systems. Factory and grounds maintenance includes general electrical, plumbing, and structure repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty efficiently, safely and in an acceptable manner.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; follow written and/or verbal orders; read, write, speak and comprehend English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Capacity to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving variable in standardized situations; understand fundamental flow of shop material and its problems or material handling.
With a minimum 5 year experience and knowledge in the maintenance field
Must have Extensive manufacturing and big machine electrical experience.
Must be able to read and follow work orders.
Will work independently.
Must have electrical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead by example with a Safety First mindset in every task
Works from maintenance work orders, communicates with order originator, and makes necessary repairs in a safe, satisfactory, and timely manner.
Ability to troubleshoot systems and machines, and remove, repair, or replace any or all components necessary to restore to operational status.
Knowledge and ability must be applied in objectives, priorities, safety, and timeliness.
Requires general knowledge and ability for factory and grounds maintenance to include plumbing, gas, water, electrical, and structural.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, Press Brake, Brake Press, CNC, welding, and other sheet metal fabrication machines
Necessary to know, understand, and perform shop theory, applicable specifications, codes, and ordinances.
Must be able to perform all work in accordance with all applicable safety procedures.
Regular attendance is essential.
