About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for performing installation, general/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment, as well as ground maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies, and procedures. High School Diploma or Equivalent
Three+ years of hands-on maintenance in an industrial/distribution environment,
Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
Proactive thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

Perform schedule maintenance checks throughout the facility which may include assisting inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspecting or repair of equipment, building/mechanical systems, and structure; responds to all emergencies such as fire, smoke, panic, alarms,
Assist in basic computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
Performs and/or assists in scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and operation manuals.
Use a variety of hand and power tools and materials handling equipment in performing duties.
Perform minor painting and carpentry.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests.
Keep maintenance and storage areas neat and orderly.
Perform Support for HVAC, access control, RF guns, Security cameras, Computers, printers, USB scanners, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
