WE LOVE OUR WORK. - Responsible for all maintenance on the casino vessel and systems. - Participates in emergency drills and training sessions. - Acts as the Response Team member to perform the fire, safety, and emergency procedures of the casino to ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and the property. - Meets the expected performance standards of each task assigned. - Maintains all equipment on board the vessel at a level commensurate with a premier gaming resort. - Ensures that all vessel machinery is maintained in a high state of readiness and that all systems are operational; notifies supervisor of necessary repairs. - Performs routine inspections and monitors all systems of the vessel; notes and corrects any discrepancies. - Completes cleaning duties and maintenance/repair tasks on the vessel. - Examines machinery for specified pressure and flow of lubrication. - Participates in renovation and construction projects. - Assists with casino plumbing concerns. - Monitors casino atmosphere; reports all temperatures and air quality to supervisor. - Performs all HVACmain filter changes, preventive maintenance, and repairs. - Assists supervisor in overhauling and adjusting machinery. - Stands watch in the event of any emergency. - Adheres to all regulations established by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, Louisiana State Police Gaming, Code of Federal Regulations, and other applicable agencies pertaining to riverboat gaming and vessel operations. - Maintains department records, logs, and other necessary paperwork as well as engineering log to document pertinent data according to department policy. - Performs general cleaning duties to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
