The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist 1 to help maintain safe, functional, and mission-ready facilities in support of the men and women who serve our state and nation. Salary Information: This position is assigned as a pay range 007 of the State of Ohio’s pay schedule, with a starting hourly rate of $22.60 and current range up to $25.77 per hour . Starting pay is usually at the minimum of the range unless otherwise required by law or union contract, or unless the selected candidate's qualifications warrant consideration above the minimum. With continued employment and satisfactory performance, employees generally advance to the next pay step after six (6) months and then annually thereafter. In this role, you will perform routine and semi-skilled facility maintenance work to support the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of assigned buildings, grounds, and related equipment.
