Requirements

  • The successful candidate will possess strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer software experience and excellent data entry skills are required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an office environment a must
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication both verbally and in writing, especially through email and over the phone in conflict scenarios
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in forklift and maintenance parts or similar environment and previous work with Maintenance Software is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a maintenance environment a plus
  • Knowledge of building maintenance/forklift maintenance a plus
  • Experience using Ricoh a plus

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of work orders and purchase orders in the R&M module of the Maintenance Coordinator system.
  • Responsible for verifying and coding invoices for payment approval.
  • Responsible for purchasing supplies for janitorial, preventative maintenance, and customers.
  • Additional job responsibilities as assigned.
