Facility Foreman
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Foreman to oversee the basic maintenance and appearance of Midtown and South Towne. The Facility Foreman will be responsible for performing basic facility maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the dealerships maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Requirements
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, property management, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-start, and manage time effectively across two locations.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and dealership staff.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfortable on ladders and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexibility in schedule, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of both dealership locations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Perform minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep of the dealership exteriors.
- Ensure showroom floors, service areas, restrooms, and customer lounges are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and maintain building security systems, lighting, and HVAC operations.
- Assist with furniture and fixture setup or relocation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to facility-related concerns reported by employees or management.
- Assist IT Director in IT troubleshooting as needed.
