About The Position
The Erie-Western PA Port Authority is seeking Facility Attendants for immediate hire to join our team for the 2026 season, which runs from late April through fall. As a Facility Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Port facilities including the Lampe Campground, Marina and/or the Bicentennial Tower. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for growth within the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a Windows based computer and reservation software (training will be provided).
- Ability to perform general upkeep, cleaning, and landscaping as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket and merchandise sales and/or reservations.
- Use reservation software to make future reservations (Campground only, training will be provided).
- Perform light-duty maintenance.
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries pertaining to reservations and general information
- Conduct general upkeep and cleaning of the facilities.
- Assist with landscaping duties as needed.
